ABPC's Iftar in the bond of harmony

The America-Bangladesh Press Club (ABPC) in New York held an Iftar Mahfil on March 7 at Shanai Party Hall in Jackson Heights, with the resolve to continue their professional responsibilities for the development and welfare of the community.

At that time, Maulana Aliullah Mohammad Atiqur Rahman and Maulana Ismail led the special prayers. Present were Gias Ahmed, one of the members of the BNP Central Executive Committee, Dulal Behedu, President of Dhaka District Samiti, Nurul Azim, real estate businessman and social organizer, Professor Husneara, Reena Saha, Asim Saha, central leader of Jubo Dal MA Batin, former president of New York Rotary Club Ahsan Habib, New York State BNP President Maulana Aliullah Atiqur Rahman and Secretary Sayedur Rahman Sayed, Arafat Rahman Coco Smriti Parishad President Shahadat Hossain Raju, among others.

Among the brave freedom fighters were Abul Bashar Chunnu, Gulzar Hossain, Md. Shahidul Islam, Abdus Sadek, Md. Sanaullah, Helal Majid, Dr. Chowdhury Sarwarul Hasan and Lablu Ansar.

ABPC President Rashed Ahmed and Secretary Shah Faruk Rahman welcomed the guests, along with Vice President Alim Khan Akash, Executive Members Kanu Dutta, Shamim Al Amin, Anik Raj, Nurunnahar Khan Nisha, Alamgir Kabir, and Ajit Bhowmik.
