Expatriates at Harmony Dinner in New York

To further strengthen the bonds of friendship in the winter atmosphere, a unique dinner party was held at a party hall in Ozone Park, New York City on Tuesday evening (January 27). The dinner party, organized by expatriate Abdul Kader Mia, was attended by expatriates of various classes and professions from the Chittagong region as well as people from other districts. 

People from all walks of life were united and laughing the whole time. Everyone had a pledge to stand by the distressed people of their area. The expatriates, who gathered together with the determination to tackle any problem in their area, said they would be vocal in their respective positions to push Bangladesh on the path of development. There was no traditional speech arrangement at this party of many expatriates. The existence of a stage was not even noticed. Everyone was satisfied with the healthy and tasty food. Such an arrangement of harmony among expatriates in recent times has energized everyone.
