Egyptian ambassador demands resignation

Egypt's ambassador Samina Naj has been accused of embezzling money for various programs allocated by the government, ignoring the multiple demands of expatriates without respecting the government's laws. Meanwhile, the expatriate leaders in Egypt and Bangladesh Student Organization President and Secretary General Samina Naj have requested the resignation of the Bangladesh Embassy through various channels including social media, and asked to continue the normal activities of the Bangladesh Embassy. 

Former President of Egypt Expatriate Community Mujibur Rahman and Secretary Redwanullah Riyad said that many ambassadors have come to the Bangladesh Embassy before, there have been changes and some have performed their official duties well, and some have been negligent, but this time the ambassador has reached extreme levels. We are having a lot of trouble accepting and we are blocking embassy letters in different places which is disrupting our normal activities. 

Expatriates, including the student community, have made strong demands and requested the government to quickly cancel the appointment of the ambassador of Egypt, Samina Naj, who is honest and understands the language of the expatriates. He also requested that someone be appointed to work in the interests of the students on an urgent basis.
