He bought another flat in Dubai's Blue Water Tower for 48 crore taka. Benazir receives 5 lakh dirhams in rent every month. Apart from this, he has built a flat worth 28 crore taka in Dubai and a restaurant in Deira Al Bukhari. Currently, former IGP Benazir Ahmed is living in a flat on the 57th floor of the Address Tower in Dubai. This flat was bought in the name of Jasim Uddin.

Sources further said that the main money for this Royal Eagle Real Estate in Dubai was provided by former Inspector General of Police Benazir Ahmed's wife, Zeeshan Mirza.
