BCF's meritorious student reception held in Paris

For the 6th time, the social organization Bangladesh Community in France (BCF) felicitated meritorious students in France. In a colorful event attended by many Bangladeshi expatriates in France, 21 registered students at the Bac, Licence, Masters, and PhD levels were felicitated and given crests at an elite hall in Paris.

At the event, crests and felicitations were given to Hasnat Jehan (Lifetime Achievement), Arif Rana-Kumkum Syeda (Culture), Mia Masud (Entrepreneur), Arshi Barua (Emerging Violinist), Mozammel Hossain (BCF Best Worker) and Zahirul Rana (Best Presenter) for their contributions to various fields of Bangladeshis living in France.

The organization's president MD Noor delivered a welcome speech at the event, hosted by TV presenters Zahirul Rana and Tania Rahman.

Deputy Head of Mission of the Bangladesh Embassy in France Kazi Ehsanul Haque, Defense Attaché Brigadier General Mizanur Rahman, and Embassy Chief Walid Bin Kashem delivered speeches. It felicitated and presented crests to the meritorious students.

The program featured music by Mousumi Chakraborty and Soma Das, and dance performances by Amrita Roy, Chhaya Das, Mallika Rani Bose, and Priyota Barua under the direction of choreographer GM Shariful Islam. One of the program's attractions was a painting competition by young artists who grew up in France.
