Savita Das received an honorary doctorate in human services

Savita Rani Sutar (Sabita Das) has been awarded an honorary doctorate by 'United Graduate College and Seminary International' for her continuous service to humanity. In an informal ceremony on the sidelines of the ongoing 79th General Session at the United Nations Headquarters on September 28, the Institute's Chancellor Prof. Michael P. Pitzel conferred the 'Honorary Doctorate Degree in Philosophy' certificate to Savita Das amid huge applause.

Savita Das, the founder and principal vocalist of Bahnishikha Sangeet Niketan, said, I will never forget the support of community loved ones to make the field for receiving this honor from the United Nations Forum.
