A seven-day Bangladeshi painting exhibition is underway at Doha's Katara Cultural Village to mark the 50th anniversary of Qatar-Bangladesh diplomatic relations. A solo painting by artist Kazi Salahuddin Ahmed has been featured in the event.
Bangladesh Ambassador to Qatar Md. Nazrul Islam inaugurated the seven-day painting exhibition. He thanked the Qatari government and the Qatar Cultural Village authorities for their cooperation in organizing the event.
Bangladeshi painter Kazi Salauddin Ahmed expressed his gratitude to the Bangladesh Embassy and the authorities at Katara Cultural Village for honoring him by organizing the painting exhibition.
The opening ceremony was attended by Saif Saad Al Dosari, Deputy Director General of Qatar Cultural Village, Sheikh Mohammed Abdullah Al Sulaiti, Head of the International Relations Department, ambassadors of various countries to Qatar, and dignitaries from Qatar.
The exhibition began on the first day of January and will continue until January 7. The exhibition will be open daily to everyone from 10 am to 10 pm.
