Keeping the Bengali language, Bengali identity, Bengali history, and tradition in the heart of the diaspora, Jerin's Art School's annual prize distribution and cultural event was held at the Scandinavian Center in Calgary, Canada.
Throughout the program, there were painting exhibitions, pottery exhibitions, and cultural programs with young children. A prominent music artist and community personality was in the overall management of the program. Rita works.
Dr. was in charge of the music program. Jebunnesachpala. Nigar Sultana Popi planned and directed the fashion show with children and teenagers.
Famous dramatist Bayazid Ghalib's drama "Friendship" was directed by popular Calgary theater personality Mou Islam. Musicians Guruprasad Debashis and Zahid Haque were in control of the technology and sound of the entire program.
MLA Parmeet Singh Boparai, Kot Ellingson, and community figure Anthony Jacob were awarded special certificates by the Government of Canada and the Government of Alberta for their contribution to social work. The certificate holders are Art School Proprietor Zerin Taj Ahmed, Director Bayazid Ghalib, and Dr. for helping to establish the Art School. Rita Karmakar, Wee Wee Jane, Journalists Ahsan Rajeev Bulbul, Rupakadatta, Samiran Roy and Abir Khandkar. Lopamudra Bhattacharya and Purbasha Chowdhury for their special contribution to Swachhaseva
On behalf of the school, the first batch student Sifat Ahsan Rajeev, and all the participating children were given certificates. Professor Shekhar Kumar Sanyal was present as the chief guest of the program.
At the beginning of the program, the director of the school, noted artist Zereen Taj Ahmed, spoke. He said, whatever is good is a work of art. Children are born painters, it is our duty to nurture them.
Special guest Professor Shekhar Kumar Sanyal said these young children are the future of tomorrow. They are the ones who will present our art, literary culture, our Bengali language in the world and keep it alive. My humble respect to those who are guiding them, especially Zereen Taj Ahmed.
Bayazid Ghalib, director of Zerin Art School, said that it is very difficult to work with young children abroad. Jerin's contribution to highlighting the Bengali language and our history and traditions, especially among the different languages of foreigners will be an exemplary example for the next generation.
Prominent music artist and community personality Dr. Rita Karmakar said, these children will show our red and green flag in front of the world. I am proud to work with them. I believe that Jerin's Art School will present a beautiful world to our community in the future through their work.
The Scandinavian center was transformed into a part of Bangladesh by the walk of small children and teenagers and their parents. At the end of the event, dinner was organized.
