Bengali New Year celebration in Vienna

Bangla New Year-1431 was celebrated with great enthusiasm by the Bengalis residing in Austria. On this occasion, Kishoreganj Austria Association organized a discussion meeting and cultural program at VHS Florisdorf in Vienna on Saturday (4th May 2024).

President of Kishoreganj Austria Association Mr. Ruhi Das Saha presided over the program. Anupama Haq. Asad Alam Siam, Ambassador of Bangladesh Embassy and Permanent Mission Vienna was the chief guest.

All European Awami League President M. was the special guest. Nazrul Islam, President of Austria Awami League Khandaker Hafizur Rahman Nasim, General Secretary Mizanur Rahman Shyamal, Vice President of All European Freedom Fighters Sangsad Bayjid Mir, President of Austria Bangabandhu Parishad Robin Muhammad Ali, Honorary Counselor of Bangladesh Embassy in Vienna Bolfgang Bininger and Kishoreganj Austria Association. - President Shri Biplab Sarkar.

Among others, Austria Awami League Vice President Akter Hossain, Saiful Islam Jasim, Mahmud Razzak Tuli, Joint General Secretary Mahabub Khan Shamim, Organizing Secretary Mohammad Ali, Kishoreganj Austria Association Joint General Secretary Ashraful Alam etc. spoke.

In the second part of the program there was a wonderful cultural program. Local artists performed music and dance.
