On Saturday 30th September, Nirtanjali Dance Academy organized Banglamay's first contemporary culture watch "Nakshi Nahar" at Lakembar Uniting Church, Sydney. This program starts from 2 pm to 10 pm. The main attraction of this gala event of Nrityanjali was various food stalls, sari-jewellery stalls, Pithapuli stalls and various means of entertainment. There was also a day-long interesting cultural program.
Dance, song, recitation, shruti drama, palagan, khand drama, band music and reminiscence have been added to the program in many genres of national culture. Nirtanjali Dance Academy has been practicing the country culture in Sydney for 19 years.
Moushumi Saha was the main planner of the Nakshi Nahar program. Coordinators were Ratan Kundu, Abida Sultana and Didar Hossain. Shahe Zaman Titu, Rajesh Saha, Raju Ahmed and other prominent people from the cultural sphere were in the management. The program was written and conducted by Dr. Ratan Kundu.
Other conductors are Faria Ahmed, Polly Farhad, Jayashree Mondal, Jhuton Acharya, Jyoti Biswas and Ranjit Das. The main sponsors of the program were Afrina Chowdhury Jahangir Alam, Abdul Khan Ratan, Face of Bangla in Pravase, Ravi Islam, Charu, Banglar Nari, Sumi Azad and Bangladesh Awami League Australia.
After the opening of the program with the national anthems of Bangladesh and Australia, Nrityanjali Dance Academy and other music artists from Agat Sydney performed this song full of Dhanya Dhanya Puspe Bhra in a collective voice. Shruti Natak, Swapan Ganguly's Paka Dkha was staged by Mostak Prince and Polly Farhad. The music was performed by prominent vocalist of the subcontinent Naz Ahmed, renowned vocalist of Sydney Amiya Mateen, Teleoj leader Jahangir Alam Madhumita Saha, Jyoti Biswas, Moushumi Sana, Nilufa Yasmin, Priyanka Chakraborty, Anupam Goswami, Rini Goswami, Anulekha Pandit, Ranjit Das, Moumita Chakraborty and Faria Ahmed is the owner of Bhaber Hut.
Poems were recited by Nahida Haque Urmi, Mostak Prince, Sudipta Goswami and Ratan Kundu. Aaradhya, Trisha, Zara, Raina Amira, Aparajita, Moumita, Ishita, Adi Dev, Raji and Oishi of Nrityanjali Dance Academy performed dance in the children's group. Moushumi Saha, Adrita Chowdhury, Alisha Sana, Sultana Sufia Mitu and Moushumi Sana performed the dances of Nrityanjali Dance Academy in the group of adults. Dr. A pala song from Dinesh Chandra Sen's Mymensingh Geetika was presented by Mahua Sundari Pala, a Bengali Sydney culture group. Ratan Kundu, Madhumita Saha, Shrimant Pal, Jyoti Biswas and Ranjit Das participated in it.
John Rosario, Suman Vardhan, Saqib, Nafiz and Nahid participated in the band music under the management of Sankhnath's Suman. In the middle of the program, the Nitanjali Dance Academy community presented crests and northerners courtesy of dignitaries and sponsors. Consul General Md Sakhawat Hussain, Liberal Senator for NSW Andrew Brack, Jackie Munro, Miss Wendy Lindsay MP, Councilor Carl Saleh, Councilor Sajeda Akhtar Sanjida, Afrina Chowdhury and Jahangir Alam received the Crest Northern.
Prominent individuals and sponsors of the community have received the crest of Pratitir leader Sirajul Salekin, President of Bangladesh Awami League Australia Dr. Sirajul Haque, Advisor of Bangladesh Awami League and Nrityanjali Dance Academy Dr. Ratan Kundu, Principal of Campbell Town Bangla School Milli Islam, President of Women Awami League Australia Bilkis Jahan, Jaya Mondal, Ravi Islam, Omrina of Bangla Women, Sumi Azad, Charu, President of Australia Bangladesh Business Forum and BD Hub Abdul Khan Ratan, Chief Patron Abida Aswad and Manager SM Didar Hossain for Swadesh Barta.
Moushumi Saha, Rajesh Saha, former councilor Shahe Zaman Titu, President of Bangladesh Puja Association Dilip Dutta and Renu Devdas distributed the award.
A token $10 entry ticket to the event included lunch and an all-day event. Hall-filled visitors enjoy this exceptional entertaining cultural program throughout the day. At the end of the program Moushumi Saha thanked all the guests and invited Nakshi Nahar 2 in advance and announced the end of the program.
