Bangladesh Community Press Club Malaysia President Ratan and Secretary Hiron

A general meeting was held with all members of the Bangladesh Community Press Club Malaysia, an organization of news workers associated with various local media outlets based in Malaysia.

The event, held at a restaurant in Kuala Lumpur, was presided over by the organization's president, Mustafa Imran Raju, and moderated by General Secretary Md. Abdul Quader. 

At the meeting, all members unanimously formed a new committee (2025-2026) with NewsExpressBD representative Aminul Islam Ratan as the president and Bangladesh Pratidin Malaysia representative Zahirul Islam Hiron as the general secretary. 

Other members of the committee are Senior Vice President Rafiq Ahmed Khan (BD News24), Vice President Kaiser Hamid Hannan (NTV), Vice President Md. Abdul Quader (Somay TV), Vice President Khandaker Mostaq Royal Shanto (News24), Joint-General Secretary Sayeed Haque (OIC Today), Organizing Secretary Bappi Kumar Das (SA TV), Office Secretary Shakhawat Hossain Joni (Jazeera News) and Publicity Secretary Shahab Uddin (CNI).

The executive members of the committee are Mustafa Imran Raju (Kalbela), Farhad Hossain (photojournalist), Farid Uddin Gazi (ATN Bangla), Mainul Islam Tun (ITV) and Bashir Ibne Jafar (Dhaka Times).
