A special meeting was held on January 11 at the Al-Aqsa Party Hall in the Bronx, New York City, under the chairmanship of Nahid Raihan Likhon, President of the Expatriate Sherpur District Association USA. A new committee for 2025-2026 was formed at the meeting.

After detailed discussions under the supervision of the organization's chief advisor, journalist Md, Abul Kashem, Engineer Pradosh Chakraborty was unanimously elected as the president, and Md, Chamedul Haque Jhantu is the general secretary. 

Then, on Saturday, January 25, an extended organization meeting at the Nabanna Party Center in Jackson Heights formed a full executive committee of 23 members. Other officials of the committee are Md. Aktaruzzaman Senior Vice President, Sabera Zaman Chowdhury Senior Vice President, Md. Al Amin Vice President, SM Asaduzzaman Selim Vice President, Nice Chowdhury Joint General Secretary, Liton Zaman Associate General Secretary, Md. Rakibul Islam (Russell), Treasurer, Khandaker Mehedi Hasan Organizing Secretary, Md. Shafiul Alam (Sohag) Sports and Cultural Secretary, Md. Sabina Yasmin Social Welfare Secretary, Shihab Kibria (Shravan) Publicity and Office Secretary.

The executive members are Nahid Raihan Likhon, Md. Masud Parvez Mukta, Md. Sirajul Islam, Mostafa Sadi, Md. Shahidul Alam (Shahin), Rekha Zaman Chowdhury, Gautam Chakraborty Mintu, Md. Shahinur Alam Shahin, Mostarin Akhter Limu, and Md. Shahizuddin Mia (Shimul).

In the same extended meeting, a 6-member inauguration celebration committee was formed with the organization's chief advisor, journalist Md. Abul Kashem, as the chief coordinator, and Md. Rakibul Islam Russell as the convener.

Other members and officials of the celebration committee are Gautam Chakraborty Mintu, joint convener, Nice Chowdhury, member secretary, Liton Zaman, member, and Khandaker Mehedi Hasan, member.

It is worth noting that the grand inauguration of the new committee will be held at the Al-Aqsa Party Hall in Jamaica on February 22.
