Two other burqa-clad women were seen with her. The hands of all three were tied with red thread. It is believed that they recently tied this thread from Nizamuddin Auliya Dargah in India.

Eyewitnesses said that Shamim Osman quickly went to a mobile operator company in the shopping mall with an iPhone 16 Pro Max. Meanwhile, he forbade Bangladeshis inside the mall to take pictures.

According to media reports, Shamim Osman is said to have left the country on August 3. But on the same day, he attended the press conference of party general secretary Obaidul Quader at the Awami League president's office in Dhanmondi and told reporters that he was in the country.

Later, exactly one month after the fall of the government on September 5, he was seen at Nizamuddin Auliya's dargah in Delhi.

It is known that after the fall of the government, Shamim Osman fled to India wearing a burqa in the dark of night with the help of brokers. From there he crossed to United Arab Emirates by air.
