The UK minister is Tulip Siddique, granddaughter of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and daughter of Sheikh Rehana. He became Minister for Cities in the Labor government.

He will primarily work closely with Chancellor Rachel Reeves to develop the economy of Britain's cities.

On July 4, Tulip Siddique won the British national election for the fourth time in a row. He contested for the Labor Party from the Hampstead and Highgate constituency in London.
