Futsal tournament held in Malaysia on Victory Day

On Victory Day, the City University Chapter Committee of the Bangladeshi Youth Alliance Malaysia (BIAM), an organization of Bangladeshi youth residing in Malaysia, organized the "BIAM City University Futsal Tournament-2025."

In the final of this day-long tournament, International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) won the title by defeating Lincoln University 4-2.

Bangladeshi students from four universities, including the host City University, Mahsa University, Lincoln University, and IIUM, participated in this tournament, which started at 7 a.m. at the Complex Sukan Ground in Bangsar City. The tournament had six matches.

After the final, BIAM President Bashir Ibn Jafar, Pinnacle Foods Marketing Manager Mr. Murad, and Head of Marketing Mr. Tahsin distributed trophies among the champion and runner-up teams.

Also present at the title award ceremony were BIAM City University Chapter President MD Rafiqul Islam, Sports Secretary Zahidul Islam, BIAM Lincoln University Chapter President Faiza Humaira, Secretary Arman Majumder, BIAM Mahsa University Vice President Samin Shahriar Rajin, Secretary Taufiqur Rahman Mahfuz, and other leaders of each chapter committee.
